Changing Room

There will be changing rooms inside the JMoF 2025 venue that will require registration in advance and an extra fee. If you want to use the facility, please read the following information carefully and proceed to sign up.

Usage Time

• January 10th (Fri./Day 1), 2025, 15:00 - 22:00 (Locked until 9:30 the next morning)
• January 11th (Sat./Day 2), 2025, 9:30 - 22:00 (Locked until 9:30 the next morning)
• January 12th (Sun./Day 3), 2025, 9:30 - 20:00

Location

• Accomodation Building (Tower Building) 2F Tsubaki
• Office Building (Main Building) 3F 301—306

Note: Office building 301 is a female-only room. The others are unisex.

The 3rd floor of the accommodation building and office building are not connected. To access the 3rd floor of the office building, use the elevators or stairs at the hotel lobby (around the reception desk).

Terms of Use

Signing Up for the Changing Rooms

• If you want to use the changing rooms, you have to sign up and pay the fee (4,000 JPY) for it during the period separately specified by us.

Note: The refund amount will vary depending on the date of the cancellation. For details, please see the “Policies for Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds” page.

• You cannot let others (except for a handler described below) use the changing rooms. Also, letting others use your con-badge or luggage tags is prohibited.

Signing Up Period

• October 26th (Sat.), 2024 - November 17th (Sun.), 2024

Note: Until the number of applications reaches the limit.

Note: We will announce the availability as needed.

How to Use

• Attach the changing room user sticker to the back of your con-badge.
  • For the pre-registered attendees: The user sticker and luggage tag are enclosed in your con badge package.
  • For those planning to register on-site: Come to the Volunteer Desk in the Hall Lobby, and we will hand you the user sticker and the luggage tag there.

Note: If you lost your user sticker or luggage tag, please come to the Volunteer Desk.

• Up to one person (handler, etc.) can enter the changing room accompanying you. If you are accompanying someone, please enter in consideration of the crowding in the changing room.
• Drinking water will not be provided. Please bring your own beverage that has a lid on it.

About Luggage

• When leaving luggage inside the changing rooms, please attach the luggage tags in an easily-spottable location.
• No matter the size of the luggage, any luggage that does not have a tag attached could be moved by staff. When you leave your luggage in the changing rooms, please put all your belongings which you want to leave in your tagged bag or suitcase.
• Please keep your personal belongings, especially wallets, etc., with you at all times.
• At night (from 22:00 to 9:30 on 10th (Fri./Day 1) and 11th (Sat./Day 2), you will not be able to enter the changing rooms, though you will be able to keep luggage inside.

Other Notes

• We will station security personnel and install surveillance cameras at the entrance of each changing room. Please promptly comply with any instructions given by security guards or staff.
• If we observe any behavior violating the Terms of Participation or the Changing Room Terms of Use such as harassment, appropriate actions may be taken.
• JMoF Executive Committee and the convention hotel are not responsible for any lost items or trouble in the changing rooms.
